Bonus Ep: How To Transform Putrid Anger and Rage So It Doesn't Consume You

Episode Summary

In this episode, I teach you how to transform deep-seated anger using shamanic journeying. This is for the intermediate to advanced meditator/journeyer. We are often taught that anger isn't ok, especially as women. That's bs. It's important that we know how to transform it before it manifests in the body as an illness. As well as to open up mental bandwidth for magical things instead of ruminating over things that don't serve you.

Quotes

“It’s really important to always be protected and call in your spirit team and open, sacred space.”

“I strongly believe that you can even be Christian or Catholic or have another faith and still use Shamani tools to help.”

“A lot of what Shamani dreaming is, is experiencing source through direct revelation without any intermediaries.”

“I mean, while you're journaling about your experience, then you'll probably be spent and you'll want to take a nap because chances are you moved a ton of energy and you need that recovery time. You're gonna want to drink water. And take a nap and allow yourself to integrate the experience because it's going to move and shift a lot.”

“You don't just journey for no reason, because in a way it's kind of disrespectful.”

“Be clear about your intention.”

“If you know how to call in the four directions, call in the four directions. And once you've set the space and kind of created this, your, your spirit team is with you or you've protected your space. Energetically. Now you are ready to journey.”

“Be responsible for your energy and how your processes stuff and be super intentional and be of the light.”

“Hopefully there's not a lot of you that were, are as angry as I was, but if you are, it could be life changing and it might save your life.”

“Be energetically responsible, do not use this tool as for anything that is not of the light.”
